How do I convert between Joule/g� C and Joule/lb�F?

Let's say I had 0.67 Joule/g�C for the specific heat capacity of gl, what steps would I take to convert it to Joule/lb��F? I know 454g = 1lb and F = 1.8C + 32 and there is 1�C for every 1.8�F, but I cant figure out how I should go about replacing the g�C with lb�F. Can you help me?
