have a potluck or an employee picnic, you provide the meat and they have a sign up sheet for the rest. Have like a theme like a Hawaiian cook out. Also ask them to dress to up if they wish, with there flower shirts ect. Also buy gifts or get donations like a Target gift card for $10.00, or free work shirts, beach towels ect.
