I am too obsessed with a tv show...?

Ugh I have serious obsession issues and I move from obsession to obsession first it was law and order svu, then I moved on to Maximum ride obsessions, now I am on an obsession about the show the nanny. I just think Fran and Maxwell are perfect for each other and its come to the point where that show is all I think about, its ridiculous. I sit online all day and look up articles about it and I get really mad if I miss an episode to the point where I feel like crying. Its ridiculous, what is wrong with me, How can I calm down about this?? I do realize it is only a tv show btw. Thanks!!
