Did human race is getting better?

In the bible, I read that God create animal, plant, sun, water etc. I know that biotechnology is a science that create new species by manipulating DNA. Is that mean that evolution is wrong, but genetic is true? Could it be that biotechnology is human first dan fundamental science which is very secret and untold to public? Is that mean that some..... is creating human race the way they create red ant, black ant, etc? I have thought that AIDS, lepper, cancer, flu, headache is not a sickness, but is a mind malfunction create by other, the same way like Jesus affecting other people mind, Darth Vader affected other people, or the X-men way. How is that thing work? Which science is usefull like computer science, electrical, mechanical, chemical, and which is misleading science like evolution, teory of universe, albert einstein. Do American continent found by Columbus or made by our ancestor for us? Can anyone give me more answer about which is useful science and which is misleading science?
