Inexperienced counsellor - Risk of greater harm?

It's really all a crap shoot in the end. The best counsel is the one people don't like to look for help from the most it's yourself. When you really look at things you have to the live your life the psych doc doesn't live your life for you. Their is nothing wrong with see one for a different perspective, but you still have to live your life . And who else can tell you what best for you other than yourself. Be careful of giving your own personal power away to a pill or someone else. Sometimes you have to be your own counsler
