Cheap phone for �150 or under? Blackberry Curve(any new ones coming out)?

I have �150 to spend on a phone. i dont know if there is a phone better than the blackberry curve for my price range, because alot of my friends have bbs so bbm would be very useful and i text alot so i need good texting keys. Is another blackberry similar to curve going to come out? Or is there a better phone than the curve?
