not in the least. say it does p, it goes on to Obama to sign or veto. which do you think he'll do? Didn't we tell these SOBs during the last election "stop wasting time and money" any vote to repeal that bill would be a waste of time. Seems like the right didn't get the message albeit, many of them got elected. apparently they don't understand why.
