My Kind of Style, but how do I wear it?

Okay, do you know Alexis Bledel? Well my style is kind of like hers. Mainly the way she dresses on "Gilmore Girls as Rory" and " The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 as Lena". She dresses plain, simple, cute, and y but at the same time innocent. But, where can i find outfits. I can dress people up but im not very good at picking outfits out for my self so if you get what my style is could you help me make a few outfits and tell me a few stores that would have what im looking for?
