There is this guy who is really annoying and one hour he hats me and one hour he like me!!!!?

sounds like a similar situation. there is this boy at our school who picks on girls mainly and a bunch of them hate him. and when it comes to liking girls, one week he'll like one and next week, he'll start liking another. best thing to do is to ignore him.
