Time and patience. You are going to have to reteach her to trust humans. Start just by talking to her not trying to touch or interact in any other way. Rats are social and despite her fear she will want the company. Treats and other food titbits are will help break down the barriers but don't invade her sapce too soon and don't expect over night success. We had one rat (called trigger because he was so fast) in a very similar situation, he used to try to bite anyone who put their hand in or even near his cage. It took several months of patient behaviour but eventually he became a very nice pet, responding to his name and shoulder sitting for a better view of the world. He would still bite if startled (as I found to my cost when he slipped and I reached into catch him)but generally he was as friendly as most of our others.

Soo say if you are doing 50 in 4th gear you can save gas buy shifting to 5th gear the rpm will go lower and saw gas the car is smart if u don't shift up or down it will do it on it's own u cann only shift up extra 2 gears and down 2 extra gears

Swimming Pool Shocked & Still Murky?

My chlorinator got unplugged the other day by mistake, so the pool turned green kinda quick. So in turn I shocked it overnight, added a dose of this salt stuff that's purpose is to extend the life of the cell reducing scale build up (I cleaned it also) and balance/stabilize the water. Before I did all that, I topped off the pool with what little water it needed to replenish, I also backwashed the filter, then added the chemicals. I came out this morning, and it's still murky, I dunno what else I can do. I can't see the bottom of the pool as good as i'd like to, could the shock have caused the cloudiness, i don't have any test strips at the moment.

Landlords dog bit my son?

We rent a house where our landlords live at the front of the property, we live at the back. They have 2 dogs and refused to let us own a dog. The older of the dogs has snapped at myself and my husband before, but my son walks by their house every day to go to school and back and never had a problem. The other day the dogs came back to our area and the older one bit my son while he was sitting on his bike. It was not a gentle snap but a bite that imprinted most of his teeth and broke the skin in one area. I think my son was more upset than actually hurt. I am a nurse and know of one man who got the test from his doctor but never did it until it was too late, he had to have surgery and stuff to remove the cancer later on down the road, I'm not sure if he had a full recovery but better to find something sooner than later. Mac & Cheese Recipe with Yellow Cheese?

For the white sauce you want equal parts of er and flour, the basic recipe is 2 tbsp. er with 2 tbsp. flour and 1 1/4 cups milk. You'll probably want to double that. Melt the er, add the flour, stir for a minute or two, then whisk in your milk. Season with salt and pepper, 1tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper (you can use white pepper if you choose). Remove it from the heat and blend in your cubed cheese (this is uming you are using velveta or other processed cheese food product). If it's actually cheese, like cheddar or american, you can shred, it will melt quicker. The flavor will be heavy and gloppy if you use all velveta, not very pleasant. You may want to add a teaspoon of prepared mustard or dry mustard and some hot sauce to sharpen up the flavor. Add cooked macaroni, stir and serve.

I had a flea jump onto me yesterday or what I believed to be a flea, so I went out got some shampoo and a good comb. I came back gave both my cats a bath, combed through them. Well I am 22 years old and have been having rectal bleeding since the age of 15. Over the years it has gradually gotten worse. I have seen 2 doctors and one said an fissure the other hemroids. I have followed there threatment regimens and nothing helps! I am terrified to have a bowel movement because it brings unbareable pain to the point I feel I could pout at times. The bleeding has gotten heavier and heavier, the water in the toilet will be dark red and have no visibility to it (if that makes sense its hard to put into words), when i wipe at times there will be clumps of bright red blood and I will continue to bleed for 10 minutes or so following bowel movements. So yesterday I picked up my first order of contact lenses. I'm planning on talking to my eye doctor later on today, but I have a few questions to run by people who have worn contact lenses before. So, during my trials, the doctor gave these "multi-focal" contacts. They act similar to how bifocals work, meaning that they would be great for distance but when I need reading gles, they would also be perfect. However, during the trial it always came out blurry and made me uncomfortable. I think those shouldn't have been my first pair seeing that I'm only a beginner. My doctor switched me to another brand, and everything is clear. However, she said these contacts don't work like reading gles, but more for distance. I plan on using these contacts for high school. I won't have trouble seeing the board, but my doctor said that since I'm far-sighted, I have slight problems with close reading (doing homework for a long time, etc.). She gave me reading gles to use that I could wear while still wearing my contacts. My question is, do all people who are far-sighted and wear contacts, have those special "multi-focal" contacts, or do they just use the plain contacts and wear reading gles over them? How much time would qualify as long enough for me to have to put on my reading gles?

I have a pending harment restraining order on my vindictive malicious ex who is also the father of my son and has been abusing me for years. When I had rabbits they were fine outside as long as they have shelter from the sun, rain, wind etc :) their fluff will keep them warm especially if there's two of them, the hutch sounds big enough for two, they do like company though as I bought a rabbit for company but they just didnt get on :) I then bought a guinea pig for mine and they loved each other it was so sweet...they died tho lol (after many years) hope this helped :s

Why, then, does the Watchtower Society allow JWs to consume such things as partially hydrogenated oils, red meat, processed (white) sugar, processed (white) flower, saturated fat and many, many other ingredients common in Western diet that have likewise been proven to cause serious health problems in humans, even when consumed in small quantities? I've never heard of any one of JWs being disfellowshiped because they are obese (a glutton) although obesity has been proven to be the cause of countless health problems, not to mention also being one of the seven deadly sins mentioned in the bible. Keep in mind that it is entirely possible for one to smoke in complete isolation from others so as not to cause harm in any way to anyone but oneself in the same sense that an obese individual harms only them self by habitually overindulging in (unhealthy) food. Why does my 19 mth old daughter act up as soon as another toddler is around?

For instance, we went out to dinner with friends last night. They have a one year old little boy and he sat across the table from my daughter. (Im not on the pill because it was too strong for me for some reason and i wasnt having periods for months...but i wasnt pregnant been checked many times.) i quit takin the pill back in like august. well after we had the ...i had a period it was normal but lasted like 4 days...again we did it in jan and feb and my periods lasted for 4 days...but it basically has been its been about 10 weeks ago since the last...about two weeks ago i was startin to feel sick off and on and so forth but never thrown up yet i was gettin nauseated everynight at like 8 and i had to go to sleep...it happend for like a straight week...now lately i have been really constipated idk y and my tummy cramps in the weirdest places not even normal to menstral cramps i have moments where i feel like ima puke then i go lay down and about 15 mins later im fine...it happens all day long...my head hurts off and on too...oh and my hurt like really bad to the point where i thought i had cancer in my left but my nipple didnt hurt nor my right ...now since the other night they both hurt and my but havent changed color. only my nips hurt with my periods..they now feel like someone has punched them with a hammer and they burn its so weird...i cant ware bras at home and i lay in bed all day because everywhere on my body hurts except for my legs and so on down. and i stay heated up with a heating pad...should i test lol i know i should but does this sound like something here...im not hurting right now but it will soon happen again it always does

Will decorative bath treads work just as well as standard tread strips on a step stool?

I have two step stools for my little girls and for safety, wanted to add tread strips. The standard black tread strips that you find at the hardware store are so unattractive and I was wondering if bathtub treads (like flowers or something) would work just as well? Breakthrough bleeding or period?

My last period was on Jan 13 so it's been 2 months..no period. I have been having many pregnancy symptoms...frequent urination, headaches, tired, nausea, weight gain of about 6 pounds all in my stomach. I am scheduled for a pelvic ultrasound on Wed to finally (hopefully) get a definite answer. Yesterday i had some light spotting only on the tissue twice...once in the afternoon that was light red and once last night that was very light pink (totally different than my period looks) It hasn't happened since. It would have been the time of the month to start my period. I have been reading about breakthrough bleeding and read that it sometimes happens around the time that you are supposed to start and often happens if your hormones are low..which would explain the neg tests. My question is has anybody else experienced anything like this? I feel pregnant. I have three children so i know what being pregnant feels like i just can't get the test results to prove it. Has anyone else been pregnant but the test results were negative? Does the spotting sound like breakthrough bleeding? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Please help my truck overheated?

my truck is a 98 chevy 2500 6.5 turbo diesel.okay so a few weeks ago i put coolant in my truck, and the low coolant light was still on. i didnt worry about it cuz it wasnt overheating. so i didnt mind it, the temp never even goes to half, only a lil over a quarter. the other day the check guages light came on, the temp was betweem 210 and 260, i pulled ovee and shut if off, all a sudden it atarted steamin from under the hoos. i popped it an let it air out. i put mor coolant in it and i tried to get it home. shortly it overheated again. so i had to tow it home.what is thr problem do you think? i think it may be the water pump or the headgasket. hopefully not cuz i have to plow
