Can i go out of airport in berlin during the stay of connecting flight to toronto?

You cannot leave the airport during a connecting flight, as you won't have a visa to allow you to be in Germany. You may be able to get your friend to meet you in the airport, but I'm not sure if he'll be able to get into the same area that you will be in.
