Serious diet pill question! serious answers only please.?

ok i weigh about 248 and i am 5'9 and i have been trying so hard to lose weight! but my weight won't budge.so i finally decided to look for a weight loss supplement. i am a little worried about taking something for weight loss. so i need some advise. I have found 2 brands that look interesting to me. one is curvatrim, helps with weight loss, skin, and enhancement. the other is orvo detox, helps with weight loss. can you tell me which is better? which one should i get? please be nice. any info will help thanx
